For Baugenossenschaft Letten, we took over the full management and development of their online presence. After a smooth website transfer, we focused on optimizing and expanding individual web components. A key challenge was the seamless integration of existing structures and the enhancement of the headless CMS with additional features. Our approach prioritized continuous improvements and UX optimization to ensure a user-friendly and future-proof online experience.
Challenges
Understanding and optimizing existing CMS components
The main challenge was the transfer of the website, which included numerous custom web components. We first conducted a thorough analysis of the existing components and their structure to fully understand the underlying logic. Additionally, the highly customized CMS components sometimes resulted in a complex and unclear structure, making independent management by Baugenossenschaft Letten increasingly difficult.
