Project description

As part of the project, we facilitated the transition from the legacy system by implementing a new data warehouse, enabling comprehensive data cleansing. We focused on ensuring data integrity to provide Sailbox with a reliable and consistent data foundation for the future. At the same time, a new tailored CRM system featuring “Freshsales” and “Freshservice” was implemented and rolled out to meet their specific needs.

Challenges

Scalable data foundation despite legacy hurdles and budget constraints

Sailbox increasingly faced data inconsistencies in its ERP system, primarily due to the outdated monolithic legacy system lacking proper interfaces. Additionally, the incorrect use of data fields made analysis even more challenging. A limited budget further restricted the adoption of modern enterprise cloud solutions. The challenge was to develop a scalable, cost-efficient solution that meets both data management and marketing requirements.

Thanks to Dewave, we can finally make meaningful use of our data. They designed our data warehouse, integrated legacy third-party systems, and connected everything with our modern CRM. Today, we have a future-proof data foundation with automated reports and insightful dashboards. Our marketing and membership processes run seamlessly. A true game-changer. Our solution

Powerful and future-proof data structure

By building a data warehouse on the Google Cloud Platform, we developed a scalable and flexible solution tailored to Sailbox’s specific needs. Using “Freshsales” and “Freshservice” as the CRM, we seamlessly integrated sales and customer service processes. The data integration via the low-code platform “Make” allowed for quick adjustments to evolving business requirements.

Additionally, we created dashboards in Google Looker Studio to analyze monthly user numbers. This provides the management team with quick access to up-to-date figures, enabling better business decision-making.
